Aims and Objectives:

The aim of this programme is to give students the knowledge, understanding and key skills that are required by today's HR professionals and to enable students to effectively contribute to dynamic organisations.

Learning Outcomes

Students who undertake this programme will:

  1. Demonstrate an understanding of key terms, theories/concepts and practices within the field of HRM;
  2. Demonstrate competence in development and problem-solving in the area of HR Management;
  3. Provide innovative solutions to problems in the fields of HRM;
  4. Be able to identify and appreciate the significance of the ethical issues in HR.

Admission Requirements

The requirement is a good first degree (at least a Second Class Lower) from a recognized university with at least two (2) years of relevant work experience. There is one admission in August every year. An entrance examination or interview may be conducted.
